We have compiled a list of Netflix web-series as good as the Spanish crime series Money Heist based on the suggestions of our Question Updates members.

If you are looking for another captivating crime thriller series, then you have to watch Ozark.

3. Breaking Bad

Unless you have been living under a rock, you must have heard of the hit Netflix series Breaking Bad. Perhaps it is time to finally give it a watch.
Released in 2008, the show takes viewers on a journey of a chemistry teacher’s life (Walter White) who gets into the meth-making business to repay his medical debt after discovering he has cancer.
But his priorities soon change after he partners up with Jesse (Aaron Paul).

4. How To Get Away With Murder

This is another murder mystery on the list, but this one is centered around a professor and her five students.
The series stars Viola Davis as a professor in a prestigious Philadelphia university, who teaches a group of aspiring lawyers. Their lives take an unexpected turn when they find themselves entwined in a murder plot.
This American legal thriller was released in 2014 and its sixth season is said to be the last of the series.
5. Rise of Empires: Ottoman

Released this year, the Rise of Empires is a Netlfix docu-drama that features stories of different empires that shaped the course of history for centuries to come.
Its first installment, shows the Ottoman state’s transition to an empire and the life of Sultan Mehmed II, played by Turkish actor Cem Yiğit Üzümoğlu.
The docu-series is informative and captivating; a perfect one-season show to binge watch.
